Kirkcudbright Country Curling Club

CurlingStonesFollow the example of our local Olympic curling stars and take up curling!

Kirkcudbright Country Curling Club was formed in the early 1800’s and has curled in the town (on the “Curling Club Dam”) and at Whinniliggate loch in the past. Nowadays we throw most of our stones at the Ice Bowl in Dumfries where we are less concerned about the vagaries of the Scottish weather and we can always guarantee good ice. Our season is from September through to March.

We are always on the lookout for new members. So whether you are an experienced curler or are new to the “Roarin’ Game”, don’t wait until September give us a call now.
