Walking for Health

walking for healthThis group is for people who want to get started walking, either for easy exercise or to get back to health.

Walks are organised  by trained leaders and consist of 30-40 minutes easy walking at your own pace, followed by coffee.

Walks take place every Wednesday morning at 10am, meeting at the church gates, opposite the Town Hall. All are welcome – just turn up.
